Len Sykes is a graduate of North Carolina State University. He spent some twenty-five years in sales and sales management with several national corporations including Marriott and ServiceMaster before going into vocational ministry.

Len joined Dr. Ken Boa and Search Ministries in 1990 and later worked with Ken to form Reflections Ministries in 1995.He received his Certificate of Ordination from the Evangelical Church Alliance in 1998. Len’s focus of ministry is mentoring and discipling men. He also leads men’s prayer retreats, teaches a Friday morning men’s fellowship group, offers Christian Life Coaching for men, writes a monthly teaching letter and a weekly or bi-weekly lesson from Scripture.

He and his wife Kristen reside in Stone Mountain, Georgia. They have two children and six grandchildren. Len’s life purpose is: “To grow in intimacy with Jesus Christ and to share Him deeply with others so we will be conformed to His image to the glory of God.”
